About the role
Responsibilities
- Support all administrative activities including filing, control, and the preparation and registration of accounting transactions.
- Manage expense advances for services, maintenance, government agencies, permits, and licenses to ensure optimal operations.
- Manage damage insurance policies for claims and follow up on incidents in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the Treasury department to ensure the timely payment of leases.
- Perform bimonthly orders for supplies across all pharmacy locations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Public Accounting, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in administrative roles.
- Knowledge of insurance providers, service payments, licenses, permits, and leasing processes.
