About the Company
Construcciones Rubau has over 50 years of experience in the infrastructure sector, developing construction, concession, conservation, and maintenance activities in civil works and building projects. Through our specialized division, Contracta, we focus on the integral rehabilitation of buildings and construction technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact (in-person and telephone) for neighbors, addressing doubts, complaints, or claims with empathy and assertiveness.
- Evaluate neighbor claims, register incidents, and coordinate with the site manager for technical actions, following up until resolution.
- Support site administration by managing project documentation, minutes, community notices (utility cuts, schedule changes), and satisfaction reporting.
- Conduct site visits to monitor the state of affected common areas and proactively inform community presidents or property managers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, property management, real estate after-sales, or site administration.
- High professional maturity and high frustration tolerance.
- Strong mediation skills, conflict resolution, and communication abilities.
- Technical training in building (Vocational Training or similar) or administration is a plus.
- 20-hour Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) training is valued for site access.
