Responsibilities

  • Support the General Services area through information analysis and management
  • Generate reports, indicators, and administrative records to ensure operational control
  • Prepare executive presentations for management
  • Implement administrative procedures and best practices to improve process efficiency
  • Use digital tools and basic programming to automate tasks and improve workflows
  • Maintain organized follow-up and continuous improvement in assigned processes

Requirements

  • Completed high school (Bachillerato) or a technical degree in Administration, IT, Systems, or a related field
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in administrative or operational roles
  • Experience in General Services, Material Resources, or administrative control
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data management)
  • Basic programming knowledge for process automation
  • Strong skills in creating executive presentations
  • Experience in vendor follow-up and documentation management
