About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage, control, and verify the customer database, including processing new registrations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Adjust visit frequencies and route plans while managing customer credit limits.
- Track sales personnel attendance, manage absenteeism interviews, and coordinate payroll signatures.
- Handle customer service requests and incoming calls to ensure timely solutions.
- Perform operational administrative tasks such as controlling product shrinkage and managing equipment delivery.
- Support sales through the generation of remittances and the scheduling of product promotions and gifts.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- 1 year of experience as a Sales Administrative Assistant.
- 1 year of experience in information, database, and statistical management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of administrative controls and credit/collections.
- Basic knowledge of account analysis and controllership.
