About the role
Responsibilities
- Calculate, register, and control sales commissions for the sales force through billing and collection analysis.
- Maintain and update customer databases in ICM, SAP, and CRM systems, including tax information, pricing, and discounts.
- Manage the re-invoicing process in accordance with company policies and regional manager authorizations.
- Monitor the billing spool in ICM-SAP to ensure no commercial documents are left pending.
- Verify that customer payments correspond to issued invoices and manage accounts receivable/overdue collections.
- Generate daily reports regarding sales, billing, and overweight shipments.
- Prepare collection reports and sales graphs to inform regional managers and sales advisors.
- Support administrative coordination for facility maintenance, cleaning, and office supplies.
Requirements
- High school diploma (Preparatoria) or equivalent; a degree in Administration, Accounting, or Marketing is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, administration, and filing.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience in billing, collection management, and handling overdue accounts.
- Ability to generate detailed reports and professional graphs.
- Strong skills in conflict resolution, written communication, and spelling.
