Responsibilities

• Welcome, inform, and support pet owners with professionalism and kindness
• Prepare, assist, and follow up on medical and surgical procedures
• Provide routine care including animal restraint, monitoring hospitalized animals, and medication assistance
• Maintain hygiene of premises, equipment, and care areas following established protocols
• Manage appointments, payments, invoicing, and client files
• Participate in stock management, ordering, and inventory
• Contribute to team communication and cohesion

Requirements

• ASV GIPSA diploma or equivalent training
• Ideally, initial experience in a veterinary clinic
• Strong interpersonal skills for client relations and teamwork
• Organized, rigorous, and able to work in a dynamic environment
• Sensitivity to animal welfare and quality of care
