Ouihelp is a growing startup in the home service sector with over 2,500 caregivers. We aim to support those who care for others by providing stable schedules and innovative digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and essential daily assistance to elderly individuals
• Support clients with daily living tasks
• Build strong relationships with private employers and their families

Requirements

• Diploma in personal assistance or minimum 3 years of experience
• Alternatively, 18 months of experience if following our paid internal training
• Driver's license (Permis B) is recommended

Benefits

• Hourly rate between €15.85 and €18.82
• On-demand pay (receive up to 50% of your pay whenever you want during the month)
