Ouihelp is a growing startup in the home service sector with over 2,500 caregivers, dedicated to supporting those who care for others.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance and companionship to elderly individuals
- Perform essential daily tasks and gestures for clients
- Build strong relationships with private employers and their families
Requirements
- Diploma in personal assistance or minimum 3 years of experience
- Alternatively, 18 months of experience if participating in internal training
- Driver's license (Permis B) strongly recommended
Benefits
- Hourly rate between €16.40 and €19.68 (including paid leave)
- On-demand salary (receive up to 50% of pay whenever needed during the month)
