About the role
Responsibilities
- Accompany elderly individuals with essential daily tasks such as hygiene, meals, shopping, and cleaning
- Provide companionship and social connection
- Maintain professional relationships with families to build long-term trust
Requirements
- Diploma in the medico-social sector (DEAES, ADVF, SAPAT, ASSP, etc.) OR 3 years of experience with the elderly
- Driver's license and personal vehicle strongly preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 18 months of experience to access paid internal training
