Responsibilities

• Assist elderly clients with essential daily activities including hygiene, meals, shopping, and light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and social interaction to foster trusting relationships with clients and families
• Serve clients in the Metz area with stable, local assignments tailored to your availability

Requirements

• Diploma in medico-social field (DEAES, ADVF, SAPAT, ASSP) or 3 years of experience with elderly clients
• Valid driver's license (Permis B) required
• Open to all candidates, including those with disabilities

Benefits

• Starting at €14.85 gross per hour (inclusive of paid leave), with potential to reach €15.40
• Premium pay for nights, Sundays, holidays, and replacement missions
• Mileage reimbursement (€1 to €2.50 per intervention)
• On-demand salary advances up to 50% and referral bonuses (€200)
• Continuous training and paid internal training for those with 18 months of experience
