Autonomy Verification Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute system validation strategies for autonomy modules including perception, planning, prediction, and localization
• Build comprehensive datasets from simulations and real-world data
• Work with systems engineering teams on validation test plans to ensure ODD and behavior coverage
• Develop statistical and machine learning models to analyze data for safety performance evaluation
• Identify, build, and deploy frameworks and pipelines for metric generation and evaluation
• Support the generation of safety cases and release recommendation reports

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in ADAS or Autonomous driving
• MS/BS degree in Robotics, Aerospace, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Experience with ADAS, autonomous systems, and robotics
• Knowledge of automotive standards such as ISO 26262, ISO 21448, and UL4600
• Knowledge of architectural design of ADAS/AV systems
• Experience with scripting and simulation tools
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior work in autonomous vehicles, ADAS, or aerospace
• Project management and leadership experience in the AV industry
• Fluency in C++ and/or Python
