Autonomous Vehicle Simulation Engineer Intern

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain simulation test cases representing various driving scenarios
• Validate scenario accuracy to ensure simulated environments reflect real-world conditions
• Support system-level verification and validation by running and monitoring scenario-based simulations
• Gather, organize, and conduct initial analysis of simulation metrics
• Identify anomalies in simulation outputs and assist in issue triaging and debugging
• Prepare preliminary test reports and summaries of simulation results

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics, or related fields
• Experience with Linux
• Experience with Python
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Self-organized work ethic
• Ability to commit to a minimum 6-month internship

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ROS
• Experience with real-world robotics deployment
• Experience with sensor calibration
