Autonomous Production Unit Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage team induction, competence development, and autonomy through training and follow-up actions
• Ensure adherence to safety, work instructions, and quality standards
• Lead meetings, annual reviews, and succession planning while promoting continuous improvement
• Foster a positive work environment and recognize team achievements
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental rules and oversee equipment maintenance
• Ensure customer satisfaction, SQCDM performance, and profitability by meeting and improving targets
• Lead daily problem-solving and implement action plans to enhance SQCDM metrics
• Contribute to project industrialization, ensuring smooth startups and layout optimizations

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, Production, Industrial, or Mechanical)
• Several years of professional experience in a production environment
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles (5S, TPM, Standard Work, 8D, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in both German and English
