Autonomous Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of autonomous maintenance practices, including inspection, lubrication, cleaning, and basic equipment care.
• Train and coach operators on AM methodologies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and equipment centerlines.
• Troubleshoot process, machinery, and equipment issues to reduce unplanned downtime.
• Support preventive maintenance activities and equipment reliability.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, and required documentation related to AM activities.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as equipment uptime, MTBF, and MTTR to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience operating manufacturing equipment (food manufacturing experience preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to safely operate, adjust, and troubleshoot processing or packaging equipment.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance tasks.
• Working knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA requirements (e.g., lockout/tagout, PPE).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Consistent and reliable attendance.
