Automotive Warranty & Homologation Support

Responsibilities

• Provide expert assistance in the diagnosis of complex technical issues
• Support the dealer network with quick solution finding of technical product issues and warranty assessment
• Work closely with workshop technicians and dealerships to provide repair instructions
• Act as an interface between the manufacturer and dealers
• Support warranty claim management, including PDI related claims

Requirements

• Proven automotive experience in a dealership, workshop, or manufacturer
• Experience in technical concern resolution and warranty procedures
• Native Dutch or French, or bilingual with professional English
• EU citizenship or European passport
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Aftersales retail experience
• Homologation experience
