About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide expert assistance in the diagnosis of complex technical issues
- Support the dealer network with quick solution finding of technical product issues and warranty assessment
- Work closely with workshop technicians and dealerships to provide repair instructions
- Act as an interface between the manufacturer and dealers
- Support warranty claim management, including PDI related claims
Requirements
- Proven automotive experience in a dealership, workshop, or manufacturer
- Experience in technical concern resolution and warranty procedures
- Native Dutch or French, or bilingual with professional English
- EU citizenship or European passport
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Aftersales retail experience
- Homologation experience
