Automotive Warranty Auditor

Responsibilities

• Analyze after-sales processes of authorized repairers regarding warranty customer care
• Organize and prepare audit missions in advance
• Conduct dealership audits to verify compliance with contract standards
• Build action plans based on identified non-conformities in collaboration with the after-sales manager
• Explain audit anomalies to dealers on a daily basis
• Present detailed action plans and results to management
• Perform activity reporting including weekly reports and audit reports
• Liaise with the Team Leader for information flow and expense/leave management
• Lead audit missions for opening/closing meetings and ensure reporting in the tool

Requirements

• Bac+2 to Bac+5 in automotive mechanics, vehicle maintenance, after-sales engineering, quality/audit, or service management
• 3 to 5 years of experience in automotive after-sales (workshop, reception, warranty, quality)
• Mastery of after-sales processes: warranty, diagnostics, reception, invoicing, customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of manufacturer tools (DMS, warranty portals, diagnostic tools)
• Ability to analyze data, identify gaps, and formalize non-conformities
• Rigor and organizational skills
• Ability to travel frequently to dealerships
• Valid driver's license (Permis B) is essential
