Automotive Training Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Co-design training programs for distributor and authorized repairer networks in alignment with brand strategy
• Identify, coordinate, and manage internal resources and external providers
• Orchestrate design, animation, and administration teams for training deployment
• Monitor operational and budgetary performance using tracking tools and action plans
• Ensure program quality and compliance with Qualiopi certification procedures
• Manage financial reporting, forecasting, and service invoicing

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of the training sector, ideally within the automotive industry
• Proven experience managing projects requiring analysis, rigor, and a results-oriented culture
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build trust
• Pedagogical skills to translate field challenges into training solutions
• Previous management experience or desire to move into a managerial role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
