Automotive Trainer Bodywork & Paint

Responsibilities

• Create practical training materials for bodywork and paint processes
• Conduct training sessions covering repair, painting, polishing, and assembly
• Teach modern repair and alignment techniques for accident damage
• Provide instruction on paint handling, spray booths, and color mixing
• Train staff on the use of diagnostic devices, sanding machines, spray guns, and welding technology
• Oversee training for working with aluminum, plastics, and composite materials
• Instruct on occupational safety and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Train employees in damage assessment and repair order documentation

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the automotive industry and bodywork assembly
• Proficiency with diagnostic and measuring devices
• Precise and analytical working style
• Strong coaching and communication skills with a team-player mentality
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight throughout Germany (company car provided, including private use)
