Automotive Technician/Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
• Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
• Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively
• Follow and promote high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Communicate effectively with the service department regarding vehicle concerns
• Collaborate with other technicians to meet deadlines and deliver distinguished results

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician or mechanic
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles
• Physical ability to lift and/or move over 100 pounds
• Capability to drive manual transmission vehicles
• Ability to work in tight spaces and stand/walk for the majority of the workday
• Proficiency in navigating a computer

Preferred Qualifications

• ASE Certifications or a clear plan to achieve them
• A strong desire for long-term career development and learning new skills
