Automotive Technician

Responsibilities

• Managing escalated technical cases from front-line support, validating information, performing deep-dive analysis and defining corrective actions
• Providing remote and on-site support to dealers and technical teams to ensure timely and effective vehicle repair
• Producing clear, structured technical reports for OEM and internal stakeholders, highlighting risks, trends and areas for improvement
• Monitoring activity KPIs such as case ageing, recurrence, and fix-it-right-first-time
• Contributing to technical knowledge base and best practices to support continuous improvement

Requirements

• Strong automotive technical background with experience in diagnostics and complex repair
• Experience in dealer, workshop, or OEM environments
• Proven ability to analyze technical data, fault codes, and log files to identify root causes
• Ability to translate OEM technical documentation and wiring diagrams into clear repair instructions
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proactive attitude and logical, inquisitive mindset
