Automotive Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic services and troubleshoot to accurately determine repair needs
• Execute high-quality repairs on engines, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning following BMW standards
• Provide labor, time, and parts estimates for required repairs
• Conduct Quality Control checks to ensure all repairs meet the highest standards
• Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for repair services
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and manage personal and dealership tools
• Participate in continuous BMW proprietary training to stay updated on industry-leading technologies

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience in a professional environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and computing skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass an MVR check
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Authorized to work in the USA
• Ability to pass pre-employment background testing

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with European automotive brands
• ASE certifications
