Automotive Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled mechanical work, including analyzing and diagnosing automotive problems
• Inspect, replace, and repair defective parts while performing preventative maintenance
• Apply in-depth automotive repair knowledge to provide high-quality service
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques to stay current with automotive technology
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area in adherence to company safety standards
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company’s vision, mission, and core values

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional automotive service, mechanic, or engine diagnostic experience
• Possession of personal technician tools
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate/drive vehicles
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screen
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including standing for long periods and lifting 50-100 lbs occasionally
• Willingness to work Saturdays and/or Sundays

Preferred Qualifications

• ASE Certification
