Automotive Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform high-level technical maintenance and diagnostics for light vehicles, including thermal and electric models
• Execute routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake pad replacement, filter changes, and air conditioning service
• Handle complex technical interventions including clutch, timing belt, suspension, and gearbox repairs
• Conduct tire services and wheel geometry alignments
• Interact with customers to understand vehicle needs, explain diagnoses, and review completed work
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and work methods while maintaining a clean workspace

Requirements

• Professional qualification in automotive mechanics (CAP, BEP, Bac pro, or CQP)
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the automotive field
• Mastery of automotive maintenance techniques for both simple and complex vehicle components
• Valid driver's license (Permis B)
• Ability to work autonomously with high technical rigor

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification or authorization in air conditioning maintenance
• Electrical certification or expertise in electric vehicle systems
