Automotive Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnoses, repairs, and maintenance work for customer and dealership vehicles
• Execute repair orders as dispatched and provide labor, time, and parts estimates
• Conduct diagnostic services and troubleshooting to determine specific repair needs
• Perform high-quality repairs on engine, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning systems
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure all repairs are completed to factory standards
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace and manage dealership and personal tools
• Participate in BMW proprietary training programs to develop expertise in industry-leading technologies
• Communicate efficiently with Service Advisors and Parts Department employees

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience in a professional environment
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and computing skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass an MVR check
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Authorized to work in the USA
• Ability to pass pre-employment background checks

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with European automotive brands
• ASE certifications
