Automotive Technician

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites within the Toowoomba region to perform vehicle inspections and road tests.
• Conduct vehicle diagnostics, repairs, calibration, coding, and programming using OEM scan tools and aftermarket equipment.
• Ensure all vehicles are returned to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications.
• Maintain high-quality outcomes and exceed customer expectations through professional service.

Requirements

• Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience, preferably with a Main Dealer or recognized aftermarket background.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence (Class C) with a clean driving record.
• Demonstrated experience driving Long Wheel Based Vehicles.
• Proven capability to inspect and diagnose vehicles to OEM standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Accreditation in Hybrid Electric Vehicles (HEV) and Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV).
