Automotive Technical Trainer

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver technical courses according to guidelines
• Manage workshop equipment, diagnostic tools, and classrooms
• Provide diagnostic assistance and technical recommendations via ticketing systems and phone
• Assist in developing new training materials and methods
• Analyze technical issues and suggest process improvements
• Manage course participants and ensure high service quality

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering, or 5+ years of automotive technical experience
• Proficiency in MS Office
• B2 level English and Italian (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and classroom leadership skills
• Technical problem-solving abilities
• Team player with a strong interest in the automotive sector
