Automotive Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to the Aftersales Network and Field Service Engineer Team for legacy and new models
• Manage internal escalation processes
• Research similar cases within internal systems to provide insights and suggestions to Field Service Engineers
• Support Customer Care Call Centre daily operations with updated findings, best practices, and FAQs
• Create ad hoc reporting based on Technical Support Ticketing and Warranty System data
• Identify emerging repairing trends or quality issues through report analysis

Requirements

• Master Technician, Technical Specialist status or equivalent certification
• Proven electrical diagnosis skills and experience
• Ability to investigate, report on, and diagnose complex vehicle systems
• Fluency in Dutch and good understanding of English
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• High voltage/EV experience
