Automotive Technical Helpdesk Agent

Responsibilities

• Provide expert assistance in the diagnosis of complex technical issues for an international premium automobile manufacturer
• Support the dealer network with quick solution finding for technical product issues
• Work closely with workshop and dealership technicians to provide repair instructions via specified communication channels
• Act as an interface between the manufacturer and dealers to support solution development for the entire product range

Requirements

• Proven automotive experience in a dealership, workshop, or manufacturer environment
• Proficiency in English and one of the following: Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Bulgarian, or Hungarian
• Confidence in technical concern resolution and warranty procedures
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with a proactive and flexible personality
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Aftersales retail experience
• Experience working within a high-performing, collaborative peer group
