Automotive Technical Delegate

Responsibilities

• Support dealerships and repairers on-site and remotely
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, electronic, and drivability faults
• Use OEM tools for diagnostics, flashing, and parameterization
• Identify root causes using wiring diagrams and technical documentation
• Support individual cases and wider technical issues across fleets
• Create clear technical reports and case updates
• Coach technicians and provide hands-on guidance
• Feed recurring issues into continuous improvement

Requirements

• Strong experience in automotive diagnostics, technical support, or workshop/field service
• Proven ability to fix complex electrical and electronic faults
• Hands-on use of OEM diagnostic tools
• Proficiency reading wiring diagrams and technical documentation
• Experience working with workshops, engineering, or technical teams
• Knowledge of modern vehicle systems including powertrain and body electronics
• Understanding of CAN, LIN, and FlexRay networks
• Proficiency in Dutch, French, or English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in field-based or multi-site support
• Multi-brand exposure with an OEM/importer technical support background
