Responsibilities

• Perform technical evaluation of light vehicles (VL) to ensure safety and compliance
• Apply current legislation to evaluate the state of vehicles older than 4 years
• Conduct over 130 mandatory control points including braking, steering, visibility, and pollution
• Manage customer appointments and explain mandatory vehicle inspection reports
• Provide high-quality customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

• Active Light Vehicle (VL) Automobile Technical Controller certification (Agrément de Contrôleur Technique Automobile Véhicules Légers)
• Technical expertise in automotive mechanics
• Rigor and methodical approach to inspections
• Strong interpersonal and pedagogical skills for customer relations
• Ability to work between the Roche la Molière and Fraisses centers
