Responsibilities
- Perform technical evaluation of light vehicles (VL) to ensure safety and compliance
- Apply current legislation to evaluate the state of vehicles over 4 years old
- Conduct over 130 mandatory control points including braking, steering, visibility, and pollution
- Manage client appointments and explain mandatory vehicle inspection reports
- Provide high-quality customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
- Active Automobile Technical Controller certification for Light Vehicles (for experienced candidates)
- OR a BAC PRO/BTS in automotive mechanics (training provided)
- OR a CAP/BEP in automotive mechanics (training provided)
- Strong technical skills and rigor
- Good interpersonal and pedagogical skills
