About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform technical evaluations of light vehicles (VL) to ensure safety and compliance
- Conduct over 130 mandatory control points including braking, steering, visibility, and pollution
- Manage customer appointments and explain mandatory vehicle inspection reports
- Provide high-quality customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
- For experienced candidates: valid accreditation number and up-to-date training
- For new candidates: qualification in the automotive sector or passion for mechanics
- SGS provides a 315-hour training program for those without prior experience
