Automotive Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the service department team, including technicians, advisors, and support staff
• Ensure delivery of superior customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Oversee all service operations, including scheduling, workflow management, and quality control
• Develop and implement strategies to improve service department efficiency and profitability
• Analyze financial performance and prepare reports for upper management
• Stay up-to-date with the manufacturer's vehicle technologies and service procedures
• Collaborate with sales and parts departments to ensure seamless operations
• Handle complex customer issues and maintain positive relationships with key clients
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer's brand standards and all relevant regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive service management
• At least 2 years in luxury or high-performance vehicles
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Extensive knowledge of luxury-brand vehicle maintenance
• Proficiency in automotive diagnostic techniques and repair procedures
• Solid understanding of financial management and budgeting
• Proficient in automotive service management software

Preferred Qualifications

• Imports service management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Business Management, or related field
