Automotive Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage daily shop operations, including office and shop personnel
• Drive sales activities and ensure target profit margins are achieved
• Serve as the primary communication interface for customers throughout the repair process
• Develop customer estimates and work orders while assigning tasks to technicians
• Perform daily accounting closing, balancing, and financial reconciliations
• Ensure high quality of work and maintain customer satisfaction goals
• Maintain a professional environment built on honesty and integrity

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in automotive customer service and service sales
• Proven management or supervisory experience within the automotive industry
• Proficiency in Windows-based software and automotive store applications
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• ASE Service Consultant certification or equivalent experience
• Experience using TekMetric software
• Graduation from an industry-recognized service training program
