Automotive Service Advisor/Writer

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with hospitality and respect to build long-term relationships
• Guide guests through the vehicle repair process and present clear solutions
• Manage the store’s workflow effectively and efficiently
• Communicate repair statuses and service details via phone and in person
• Sell services with honesty and integrity to ensure guest satisfaction
• Coordinate customer service activities and assist team members as needed
• Shuttle guests in a CBA branded vehicle when necessary

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Windows-based software and automotive applications
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain a brisk work pace
• Acceptable driving record for insurance purposes
• Ability to stand for most of the workday and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Automotive Sales, Service Advisor, or Estimator roles
• Experience using Tekmetric software
• Background in Customer Service, Sales, or Project Management
