Automotive Service Advisor

Responsibilities

• Advising and supporting customers for BMW and MINI brands
• Active sales of services, parts, and accessories
• Building customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Independent creation and processing of service orders

Requirements

• Experience as a service advisor, automotive mechanic, service technician, master mechanic, or trained automotive clerk
• Strong technical interest or expertise
• Confident and competent demeanor
• High level of commitment and enjoyment in interacting with customers and colleagues
• Valid Class B driver's license
