About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point-of-contact for all automotive service and repair matters
- Listen to and understand customer problems to arrange appropriate service and repairs
- Manage expectations for both customers and technicians regarding service delivery
- Communicate necessary repairs and recommended maintenance to customers
- Ensure vehicles are repaired correctly and efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record
- Broad scope of automotive mechanical and electrical knowledge
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Ability to work productively in a fast-paced team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Post-secondary automotive training or equivalent work experience
- One year of dealer-level or large facility experience
- Experience with import brands
- Experience with CDK and/or X-Time
