Automotive Service Advisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure an exemplary customer experience by providing prompt and friendly greetings
• Prepare accurate repair orders including time, cost, and labor estimates
• Act as a liaison between customers and technicians to ensure needs are understood
• Promote the sale of labor, parts, and accessories through clear explanations
• Follow repair progress and provide customers with timely updates
• Resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure high retention

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or Writer
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an automotive dealership environment
• Experience in automotive retail environments such as Jiffy Lube, AutoZone, or Firestone
