About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure an exemplary customer experience by providing prompt and friendly greetings
- Prepare accurate repair orders including time, cost, and labor estimates
- Act as a liaison between customers and technicians to ensure needs are understood
- Promote the sale of labor, parts, and accessories through clear explanations
- Follow repair progress and provide customers with timely updates
- Resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure high retention
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or Writer
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an automotive dealership environment
- Experience in automotive retail environments such as Jiffy Lube, AutoZone, or Firestone
