About the role
Responsibilities
- Workshop reception for customer vehicles (BMW and MINI brands)
- Independent creation and processing of service orders
- Final inspection of workshop vehicles
- Building and maintaining customer relationships and satisfaction
Requirements
- Background as a Service Advisor, Automotive Mechanic, Service Technician, or Master Mechanic
- Or training as an Automotive Merchant with strong technical interest/knowledge
- Confident and competent demeanor
- High level of commitment and enjoyment in dealing with customers and colleagues
- Driving license Class B
