Responsibilities
- Execute customer-facing rental operations including check-in/check-out and briefings
- Perform professional RV sales demonstrations to convert leads into buyers
- Manage leads, demonstrations, and follow-ups within the CRM
- Maintain product knowledge of RV models and perform basic system demonstrations (lighting, gas, etc.)
- Handle service recovery and emergencies with empathy
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, rental, or the automotive industry
- Ability to understand and explain technical RV/vehicle systems
- Valid Category B driver's license
- Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift objects up to 15kg
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and during peak seasons
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM tools
- Experience with rental systems
- Experience with digital sales software
