About the role
Responsibilities
- Grow revenue within existing automotive accounts through strategic upselling and cross-selling
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts and target markets
- Build relationships with plant managers, operations leaders, HR professionals, and executive leadership
- Conduct regular business reviews to identify staffing challenges and present workforce solutions
- Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and service renewals
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key automotive clients to drive loyalty and retention
- Partner with recruiting teams to ensure staffing needs are met effectively
- Monitor fill rates, turnover, attendance, and workforce productivity
Requirements
- 3+ years of outside sales, business development, account management, staffing, or automotive industry experience
- Proven track record of generating revenue growth and retaining key client relationships
- Experience managing high-volume accounts in manufacturing, automotive, logistics, or industrial environments preferred
- Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with CRM, ATS, and Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly to client locations
