Automotive Sales

Responsibilities

• Help clients select vehicles based on transportation needs
• Provide product demonstrations and test drives
• Guide potential clients through the purchasing or leasing process
• Work with management to structure leases and purchases
• Build rapport with customers to generate referrals and repeat business
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Mercedes-Benz product line
• Attend product and sales training sessions

Requirements

• Motivation for a career in automotive retail
• VIP level customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass company pre-employment screening

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous luxury automotive sales experience
• Experience in other luxury retail sectors
