Automotive Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding vehicles that meet their needs
• Provide an exceptional guest experience through the sales process
• Use consultative selling skills to help customers make informed decisions
• Stay updated on industry trends, new models, and competitive offerings
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
• Utilize CRM software to manage interactions and track sales progress
• Address customer complaints or concerns promptly

Requirements

• Prior sales experience preferred
• Positive attitude and high motivation
• Availability to work weekends and flexible hours
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Strong negotiation skills and desire to succeed
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Must have or acquire a valid California Vehicle Salesperson License
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
