Automotive Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Help customers with vehicle selection and promote model options, features, and finance options
• Conduct vehicle test drives following all rules of the road
• Negotiate sale closures in an ethical fashion
• Facilitate vehicle delivery by explaining features, warranty, and servicing
• Maintain accurate sales documentation and up-to-date product knowledge
• Attend staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes
• Assist in training new staff members

Requirements

• Sales experience in any industry is a plus
• Professional appearance and outgoing personality
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain composure under stress
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
