Automotive Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests from initial greeting through vehicle delivery
• Build rapport quickly and identify customer needs, preferences, and purchase goals
• Guide customers through the sales process in a professional and seamless manner
• Demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and technology with confidence
• Conduct test drives and explain performance, safety, and ownership advantages
• Present vehicle options, pricing, and purchase or lease solutions
• Manage and follow up on leads, showroom traffic, and customer inquiries
• Document customer interactions and pipeline progress in dealership systems
• Partner with sales leadership and finance to move deals forward
• Maintain ongoing relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance expectations

Requirements

• Prior sales, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Consultative, customer-focused approach to sales
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Strong follow-up habits and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
