Automotive Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the entire car-buying experience from initial contact to delivery
• Engage with potential buyers via phone, email, text, and in-person interactions
• Conduct in-depth product demonstrations to educate customers on vehicle features
• Collaborate with inventory and acquisition teams to determine trade-in market values
• Present and explain purchase terms, including pricing, payments, and loan structures
• Perform consistent follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and answer ongoing questions

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Minimum of 3 years of driving history

• Previous experience in automotive sales
