Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent while setting measurable performance standards
- Develop strategies for acquiring, managing, and moving appropriate inventory based on market understanding
- Manage the sales process from start to finish to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Maintain strong relationships with the fixed operations department and understand reconditioning processes
- Establish goals and lead the department to consistently surpass targets
- Empower employees to achieve maximum performance
- Attend sales manager meetings
Requirements
- Proven leadership and management skills to train and develop talent
- Previous automotive retail sales manager experience required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Proven customer service skills
- Experience with CDK or Reverse Risk is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving history
