Automotive Repair Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall store performance, including financial and operational management
• Lead and develop staff by setting expectations, coaching, and conducting performance evaluations
• Recruit, interview, and hire new employees in partnership with HR
• Analyze business trends and implement plans to maximize sales and meet profit targets
• Manage expenses, operating costs, and shrink to ensure maximum profitability
• Maintain facility cleanliness, housekeeping standards, and equipment inspections
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience leading a team in a retail or automotive service environment
• Proven track record in retail or automotive management
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to develop and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual business goals
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements
• Ability to work a minimum of five days per week, including weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Automotive Technician or in a similar technical role
