Automotive Repair Specialist II

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced mechanical repairs including engine performance, drivability, and electrical systems
• Diagnose and repair brake systems, steering, suspension, and heating/air conditioning systems
• Complete 4-wheel alignments and ensure vehicles meet quality standards
• Consult with customers on repair needs and explain services performed
• Review and close repair orders accurately, including labor, parts, and billing
• Manage parts inventory and maintain proper stocking levels
• Follow Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements

Requirements

• Completion of New Associate Orientation and Kronos Training
• ASE Certifications in relevant areas (Steering/Suspension, Brakes, HVAC, Electrical, etc.) as required by law
• Ability to read, interpret, and record data accurately
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
