Automotive Parts Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide auto parts answers and solutions for retail and wholesale customers in person or over the phone
• Assist team members with customer technical questions using parts knowledge
• Deliver outstanding customer care and engagement to ensure a positive consumer experience
• Utilize computer systems, cash registers, telephones, and paper catalogs to manage orders

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Previous experience in the automotive industry or parts store, or a strong willingness to learn
• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in heavy equipment, farm industry, diesel, marine, or dealership environments
• Experience in auction, auto body, or collision centers
• Knowledge of cataloging or inventory management systems
• ASE Certifications
